Alongside hypnobirthing antenatal courses, I also offer other services which support you throughout pregnancy, birth and the fourth trimester. Please do get in touch to find out more.

Postnatal Support
I can attend your home on an hourly basis to provide any practical support you require. This may be holding your baby while you take a rest or have a shower, accompanying you and your baby on local outings, helping you get used to using a sling or carrier, and providing breastfeeding guidance. I can also help you process your birth and talk through your unique experience.
£15 per hour
Bumps and Babies
Meet-ups
I host regular gatherings at my home for women whose babies are up to 3 months old. These get-togethers are an opportunity for mums who have recently given birth to share positive stories, feed their babies (breast/bottle/whatever!), discuss the early days of having a newborn and ask any questions in a welcoming, non-judgmental environment.
Oh: and there's cake!
£10 for two hours
Self-arranged hypnobirthing courses
If there are a group of you (for example from an NCT/Bump and Baby Club course or if a few of your friends are giving birth around the same time as you) I can create a bespoke hypnobirthing programme. If you host at your own home, you will receive a 20% discount.
